• Machine Operation: Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, shape, or form metal parts according to technical specifications. 
• Precision & Quality: Read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Perform rigorous quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and protractors. 
• Production Standards: Monitor machine performance to ensure the output range remains consistent, maintaining the "same amount" standards required for the daily operations. 
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance teams for repairs. 
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements. 
• Documentation: Record production quantities and timestamps accurately for reporting. 

• Consistent 2nd Shift schedule with a "No Holiday" policy,
• Opportunities for overtime pay. 
• A collaborative team environment focused on quality and safety. 

• Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools (specifically tape measures) and fabrication techniques. 
• Physical/Safety: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, moving machinery) and wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves). 
• Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
