We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Operators to set up, operate, and maintain brake press machines used in the fabrication of metal parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment and possess a solid understanding of blueprint reading, machine setup, and quality control.

Monday-Fridays and Saturday if needed (No Holidays)

2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

OT/ If required

Job Description:  

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, shape, or form metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
• Keep records of production quantities and times for reporting purposes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.

• Previous Manufacturing Experience 
• Manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.
• Background and Drug Test Screen required 
• Fabrication Experience
• Hand Tool Experience (Tape Measure)
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
