Job Description

Position Details

  • Position: Machine Operator (1st Shift)
  • Location: Aurora, IL
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Type: Temp-to-Hire – Excellent long-term opportunity!

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production
  • Perform machine setups and adjustments as needed
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products
  • Complete end-of-shift documentation and basic audits
  • Perform routine machine maintenance
  • (If skilled) Lead or assist team members to complete production goals

  • Prior machine operating experience (setup and adjustments preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable and safety-minded team player
  • Eager to learn and grow with a supportive team
