Our client, a high-volume precision machining manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for 1st and 2nd shift.
Pay Range: $20-$32/hr. Depending on Experience
1st shift schedule 5am-3pm (training will be for 8 hours for 1 month, then you will transition to the 10-hour shift)
2nd shift schedule 3pm-1am (training will be for 8 hours for 1 month, then you will transition to the 10-hour shift)
Primary Focus: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines, motors, pumps, conveyors, and automation systems
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and electrical components
Install, test, and calibrate new or modified equipment
Complete welding, pipefitting, and fabrication work as required for repairs and improvements
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation
Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE use
Collaborate with production and engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
ITAR Compliance Requirement :
