We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our client in St Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our office, warehouse, and production facilities. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring all workspaces, restrooms, break areas, and common areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and be willing to assist with general facility maintenance and warehouse housekeeping as needed.
Monday- Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM $22.00 per hour Temp to Hire
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following;
Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas by wiping down tables, floor mopping, cleaning out refrigerators, etc.
Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areas
Clean production floor areas with floor scrubber
Clean conference rooms
Stock drink refrigerators
Maintained designated area for clean and safety for customers
Clean windows and mirrors, sanitize restrooms
Stock and restock supplies, gather and empty trash
Order supplies as needed
Empty trash receptacles on a daily basis
Mop, Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed
Maintain work area in clean, safe and organized manner
Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning products and other necessary supplies related
Assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations of cardboard box breakdown, etc.
Perform general maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job

Job Requirements
Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency .
Positive attitude, team player, good attendance, hard worker
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the workday.
Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and carts.
Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment while following all safety procedures.
