Job Description
We are hiring an Injection Molding Working Lead for a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and laundry care products.
The Lead Injection Molding Operator will be an important part of the plastics department, performing tasks essential to run the production without issues. This is a great opportunity with room to grow.
3rd Shift - Rotating Schedule
6:00pm - 6:00am
$22.50 per hour
Injection Molding Working Lead Job Description
- Train new employees to perform product packing according to packing specifications or supervisor instructions. Create/setup schedule for injection mold operators.
- Record and analyze production data
- Complete quality audits and related production paperwork
- Monitor machine settings and material flow verification
- Communicate with all levels of operations, specifically maintenance and quality
- Additional production duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Prior machine operating experience is a plus
- Experience in injection molding manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to lead and give directions
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Computer experience is a plus
- Must be able to set priorities and work and think independently.
- Push/pull (rarely) load of finished product both push and pull with force of 70 lbs. (self-selected height) horizontal on a level, indoor, concrete surface
