Our client, a growing industrial manufacturing company that recently opened in Batavia, IL, is seeking an Industrial Parts Sales Representative to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail with experience in parts sales and ideally with knowledge of industrial machine parts.
Pay Range of $25-$35/hr. (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Industrial Parts Sales Representative Job Duties:
Customer Service:
• Answer phone calls and assist with email inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and ordering.
• Help customers identify the correct parts needed for their blow moulding equipment.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and handle returns or exchanges.
Sales and Order Management:
• Take orders, process sales transactions, and manage inventory levels.
• Verify part availability and order parts from suppliers.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Inventory Management:
• Ensure parts are properly stocked and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages.
• Participating in cycle counts and inventory control procedures
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Other Duties:
• May be required to assist with other tasks, such as answering customer inquiries and preparing reports. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Locating and ordering parts from catalogs and other vendors.
