Location: Aurora, IL
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour
Position Type: Full-Time / Entry-Level
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a manufacturing team in Aurora, IL, assisting with the assembly and production of air filters.
No prior manufacturing experience is required! We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are comfortable working in a production environment and following safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Production: Assembler air filters and related components according to work instructions.
Packaging & Handling: Perform basic production, light packaging, and material handling tasks.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects to ensure high-quality standards.
Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and keep you work area clean and organized.
Teamwork: Work efficiently with team members to hit daily productions goals.
Job Requirements
Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Physical Stamina: Able to stand and work for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
Skills & Dexterity: Able to perform steady, repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
Background: No prior manufacturing experience required; full training is provided.
Mindset: Positive attitude, willingness to lean, and commitment to workplace safety.
