We are expanding our team and hiring an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 3 years` experience and a proven track record of generating new business and making direct hire placements for executive search and professional level permanent placements in the Manufacturing vertical. The Search and Placement Direct Hire Recruiter will work collaboratively with a team of experienced recruiters:
- They will develop and expand recruiting plans using a combination of traditional sources and their own creative strategies to engage candidates with the skills and qualifications needed to meet our clients` hiring needs
- They will have experience building business relationships that are based upon a strong understanding of client company cultures and hiring requirements.
- They will have the ability to use all the tools available to identify candidates, active and passive.
- They won`t hesitate when it comes to cold calling client companies and candidates.
- They will consistently use a tracking system to record client and candidate interactions.
