We are in need of a Maintenance Mechanic III that is experienced in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment for our team West Chicago, IL (near St. Charles, IL). If you have 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, a strong understanding of HMI and VFD controls, and electrical diagnostics expertise, we want to hear from you.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8-hour shift on-site. - PLEASE NOTE* THIS POSITION IS IN THE TOWN OF West Chicago, IL Zip Code: 60185
Occasional overtime and weekends may be required.
Starting Pay: $24-$30/hour

Maintenance Mechanic III Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough diagnostics on equipment and execute repairs in accordance with OEM recommendations.
• Perform unscheduled repairs on production equipment during operations and execute scheduled preventive maintenance repairs as per approved schedules.
• Identify and diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, conduct testing, and adjust equipment as necessary.
• Adhere to the company's spare parts inventory policy.
• Interpret manuals to effectively perform required maintenance and service tasks.
• Utilize a diverse range of hand and power tools, along with electric meters.
• Assist in the training of machine operators in the proper setup and operation of machinery.
• Support building and operational improvements as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Work Environment:
The position will primarily be in a manufacturing warehouse. The job will require a blend of sitting and standing. There will be heavy lifting involved. Some work may take place outdoors in the elements.
