Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years in customer service roles.
- 1-2 years in order fulfillment and packaging.
- Experience with online retail order processing preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Key Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and team oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 40 lbs.
