• Experienced in a customer-facing role 

• Logistics and/or warehouse knowledge 
• Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST
