Production & Cutting: Measure and cut cables to precise, specified lengths according to production orders.
Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
Equipment & Handling: Safely handle materials, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and stand for the duration of the shift.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all departamental safety rules and operating procedures, maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
Teamwork & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation ("clean as you go") and collaborate with team members.
Reporting: Identify and report any unusual material conditions or equipment situations to the Lead Person or Supervisor.
