Are you a skilled CNC Technician/Programmer with Wire Forming experience seeking a dynamic role in Chicago, IL? Look no further! 
Join our team and become an integral part of our manufacturing process. We're searching for a talented individual who can set up tooling for various production equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency in our operations.

Position Summary: As a CNC Technician/Programmer, you'll play a pivotal role in our production process by setting up tooling for wire forms, springs, or light metal stampings. Your expertise in CNC programming and machining will be essential in maintaining quality standards and meeting customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Remove and clean tools from previous runs.
  • Verify raw material size and type.
  • Set up and adjust tooling to form parts accurately.
  • Submit pieces for inspection and complete required documentation.
  • Identify and address defects during production.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must have experience with CNC Wire-Forming machines.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-12 months of related experience.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and math skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
