• Monday–Friday with 1 Saturday a month
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Assemble fiber optic cable components and electrical assemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Perform precision assembly using hand tools and small power tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Route, connect, and secure fiber optic cables and electrical components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures.

• Previous electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Experience working with fiber optic cables is a plus, but willing to train motivated candidates.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
