Our client, a growing manufacturer of circuit board equipment located in Hoffman Estates, is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Sales support to join their rapidly growing company. In this position you will serve as a point of contact for customers with questions about products, orders and deliveries, provide support for sales reps, and general administrative duties such as managing supplies.
Salary Range-$45,000- $47,000/year
Administrative Assistant / Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives to fully understand customer’s inquiries.
- Support to customers in product selection.
- SOP (Sales Order Processing) Process orders, invoicing and work on collections for overdue invoices.
- Coordinate shipments of inbound equipment to company or end users
- Work with HQ to solve troubles.
- Assist with trade show activities-will travel 1-2 times a year.
- Update CRM (Salesforce)
- Establish and build exemplary communication and customer service relationships with customers and Company Field Service Engineers
- General administrative work (Invoice processing, equipment management, handling of visitors, communication with the head office in Japan, etc.)
