We are currently hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in Joliet. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, be comfortable working with machinery and test equipment, and be able to follow written work instructions in English.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of PCBs to meet workmanship requirements.
Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions.
Read product sheets and production documents.
Operate testing equipment and manufacturing tools.
Use equipment such as:
Voltmeter
Calipers
Wire cutters and wire stripping tools
Heat gun for shrink wrapping
Perform taping and gluing tasks.
Complete basic computer tasks, including touchscreen, mouse, and keyboard operation.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
