Job Description

 We have a Production/General labor position available at easy to get to location in Burr Ridge.
This is a great 1st Shift- Monday - Friday. Weekends off!
                                                                                    
5:00 am to 1:30 pm
$15.75 per hour.
Plus $1.00 pay incentive for conversion at the time of hire.

Production / General Labor Job Description
  • Machine Operator
  • Line Assistant
  • Assembly
  • Pick and Pack 
  • Must be able to perform all production duties 

  Plus $1.00 pay increase for each skill set achieved (see below)             
  •   Polishing – be able to use a four-step process to polish a stainless-steel corner to full completion at a rate of 15 crn/hr. .
  •   Brazing – be able to independently set up, start, operate, and shut down a brazing station and achieve a brazing rate of 15 sec/crn
  •   TIG Welding – be able to independently set up, start, operate, and shut down a TIG welding station and achieve a welding rate of 30 crn/hr
