Description: The primary objective for the Inside Sales Department is to obtain the opportunity to bid on business that fits the Power Plant Services Group of Companies (Company) objectives and to convert opportunities into RFQ`s (request for quotation) & orders for the Company. The Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) supports this sales function by representing the Company to existing customers and prospects to identify business opportunities for the company through telephone and email communication. The ISC`s primary objective is to make outgoing phone calls, build a relationship with existing customers and prospects via consistent, responsive and professional outgoing telephone contact; using and building our database of prospect, customers, contacts, equipment serviced, opportunities and documenting all activity. The ISC will also occasionally schedule sales appointments for Company s Outside Salesmen. This position requires that the employee be able to proactively engage others within the Company to meet the sales and service function of the organization, while adhering to company policies and values. Must be team player and able to get along with a diverse group of people with a common goal. Required Experience: (add) Salesforce CRM experience is a plus!
