The Quality Manager will be responsible for Customer and Supplier Quality, both foreign and domestic. They will be part of the supplier approval process and maintain the supplier scorecard. They will also be responsible for supplier audits requiring visits to domestic and foreign locations. They will maintain ISO standards with internal and external audits. They will manage all customer contact regarding quality, deal with customer returns, root cause analysis, CARs, SCARs, PPAPs, audits and certifications. Must be eligible for foreign Visa. Will also have experience with or learn to use and operate CMM Faro Arm for incoming inspections.
