Barton Staffing Solutions is hiring an HR Coordinator or an HR Generalist at one of our finest clients, a manufacturing company located in Hanover Park, IL. This position will start asap and is a temp to hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to use your Human Resource experience to get a foot in the door with a global company with a professional work environment. The pay rate for this position will start at $15 to $16/hr. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 6pm. The responsibilities include: Light Data Entry Administrative/Coordinator tasks under the direction of the Human Resource Manager Assembling new-hire packets Entering invoices in the system for approval Onboarding of new employees Making and tracking employee badges Training new employees on how to use the time clock Providing new hire orientations Entering employee information into Peoplesoft The qualified candidate will have an outgoing and positive personality and strong communication skills. They must be confident and assertive. They should be able to work independently, but know when it is necessary to discuss matters with the manager. They should have a good sense of understanding how to handle confidential information.
