Are you seeking a position that will allow you to use your existing Sales experience for an industry leader? Barton Professional Placement Group is in search of a local candidate (northern Illinois or southern Wisconsin preferred) with experience selling electronic component assembly or electromechanical component assembly to Aerospace and Government Organizations. The qualified candidate will have a proven record of growing sales in Aerospace and Government verticals. They will reside in northern Illinois of southern Wisconsin area with the ability to cover Palatine, IL and Pleasant Prairie, WI facilities. They must have experience selling Electronic component assembly or Electromechanical component assembly to Aerospace and Government Organizations They should have existing leads and the ability to network into companies like Boeing, Omron, Honeywell, etc. They will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients to encourage organic sales growth They must be capable of networking within companies to find out what projects engineers are working on and where the company`s products could be utilized. Must achieve Sales goals and use proprietary company CRM for documentation Compensation would include a base of $50, 000 the first year, then progress to $60, 000 the second year and then to $70, 000. There is also a bonus of 1% of Sales to total about $110, 000 to $120, 000/yr. With no cap.
